Headshot Plus ("we", "us", "our") operates the website headshot-plus.com and provides AI-powered professional headshot generation services. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how we use and protect it.

• Photos you upload. When you create a headshot session, you upload one or more personal photographs. These are stored securely and used solely to generate your headshots.
• Generated images. The AI-generated headshots produced for your session are stored and made available to you via your dashboard.
• Session data. We store metadata about your sessions (style selections, timestamps, headshot counts) to operate the service and show you your history.
• Usage data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) are collected automatically to keep the service running and secure.
• Payment data. If you purchase a plan, payment is processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store your card number or banking details.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To generate your AI headshots using third-party AI inference services (Fal.ai).
• To display your results in your account dashboard.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To improve the quality and reliability of the service.
• To respond to support requests.
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. Third-Party Services

To generate headshots, your uploaded photos and AI-processed base images are transmitted to Fal.ai, our AI inference provider. Fal.ai processes these images transiently to produce your results and does not use them to train its models. Fal.ai's own privacy policy governs their handling of this data.

We also use standard cloud infrastructure, analytics, and payment processing services. These providers are contractually bound to process data only on our behalf and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

5. Your Photos and AI Processing

Your photos are used exclusively to generate headshots for you. We do not sell, share, or use your photos to train any AI model. Generated headshots and source photos are retained for as long as your account is active so you can access them from your dashboard. You may request deletion of your photos and generated images at any time by contacting us.

6. Data Retention

Uploaded photos and generated headshots are retained for 90 days after your session is completed, then automatically deleted. You may request earlier deletion. Account metadata (session records, purchase history) is retained for as long as your account exists and for up to 7 years thereafter for legal and accounting purposes.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Data portability: receiving your data in a machine-readable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

8. Security

Our service is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
