By accessing or using Headshot Plus ("the Service"), operated by Headshot Plus ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Headshot Plus provides an AI-powered platform that generates professional headshot photographs from user-uploaded photos. You upload a photograph; we process it through AI models to produce styled headshot images that you can download and use.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at support@headshot-plus.com.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of any photographs you upload. By uploading, you grant Headshot Plus a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process and store your photos solely for the purpose of generating your headshots and operating the Service.
You own the AI-generated headshots produced from your session. You are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use them for personal and commercial purposes (e.g. LinkedIn, company website, press materials). You may not resell the raw generated outputs as stock photography or training data.
You must only upload photographs of yourself or photographs for which you have explicit written consent from the subject. By uploading a photo you confirm that you have the right to do so. We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend accounts that violate this requirement.
Certain features of the Service require payment. All prices are shown in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once AI generation has been initiated, as computational resources are consumed immediately upon submission. If you experience a technical failure preventing delivery of your headshots, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate and provide a remedy at our discretion.
AI-generated headshots are produced by machine learning models and may not always perfectly replicate your appearance. Results vary depending on the quality and content of your uploaded photo. We make no guarantee that any specific style, likeness, or quality level will be achieved. The Service is provided "as is" with respect to AI output quality.
All software, design, trademarks, and content comprising the Headshot Plus platform (excluding your uploaded photos and generated outputs) are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Headshot Plus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Headshot Plus and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections 6, 10, 11, 12, and 14 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Headshot Plus is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction in our operating jurisdiction.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Service.
